Full time position offered, with training. CVs welcome Primary Responsibilities Producing an excellent quality and quantity of products. Discussing the jobs to be run on the machine with the previous shift operator. Follow the production schedule and produce work in a timely manner. Managing crisis situations and offering colleagues appropriate support and advice. Regularly checking and maintaining of the machine and reports any untoward observations to avoid accident and damage. Keeping the workstation clean and tidy every after completion of each work task. Inspecting work in progress and finished materials to see that quality and quantity standards are compiled with. Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update operations and systems. Keeping up to date with the latest technologies. Displaying good manner and experience on folding machines a bonus. Ensuring the daily production targets are achieved in right quality. Assisting the Production Manager in covering shift staff shortages Excellent eye for detail Self-motivated Good communication skills
