Barnwell Print is delighted to have won the Norwich & Norfolk Eco Award in the Eco Small or Medium Business category in 2018.
The awards, run by Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council, now in their tenth year, recognise ‘individuals, organisations and companies who put environmental issues at the heart of what they do’.
At Barnwell Print, we take our environmental responsibilities for printing technology and print waste seriously. As early adopters of eco print technology, investors in green energy, and pioneers in transforming print waste management, we are Norfolk’s first and only Certified Carbon Balanced Publication Printer and in 2017 we won the coveted Norfolk Carbon Charter Gold Award.
The win in the small business category follows Barnwell’s Highly Commended award in 2017. Business Development Manager, Clive Bramble, commented “We are very proud that Norwich City Council & Norfolk County Council has again recognised Barnwell’s environmentally friendly credentials with this award. Helping to protect our environment is an essential part of modern business practice in the print industry and we will continue to seek new and innovative ways to enhance our eco performance.”
