Think of calibration curves like a thermostat in your house. Your target curve is the ideal room temperature in which you would like to sit and relax. Your current curve may reflect a cool breeze circulating throughout the house. The calibration curve is the calculation and correction of how much heat your boiler needs to crank out to get the temperature perfect! Daily micro-curve adjustments ensure consistent repeatable warmth and comfort. The same concept applies regarding plate & press curve adjustments. Barnwell Print instant drying powderless H-UV technology uses less ink, which is itself volatile organic compound free. The printed product recycles more efficiently through easier separation of the ink from the paper. The printed image especially on uncoated / recycled stocks is significantly sharper and brighter. This helps and encourages Barnwell Print’s clients to use recycled paper that might previously have been shunned, due to the poor image quality associated with some of these stocks.
